Christmas Shopping Time! pt. 2

Hey Everyone!

Here is the second update! As you know my Zazzle shop features a bunch of my designs that you can get as present. Quite a few people bought a TJ design and I couldn't be more pleased knowing that there are people over the world opening their present and seeing a TJ illustration! How cooooool is that!? Zazzle makes a lot easier, but an important element is lost and that is you aren't getting a typical TJ package ^_^.

Okay, come closer...this is an important post as you have to be quick with deciding or notifying people to get cards.

I added a bunch of designs in my album 'For sale - Cards and Prints' on Facebook and please read the added information so you know the amount I have of each card. The cards have a little extra like snow or a pretty dark red glitter detail that you won't get when you order from Zazzle. I have more designs waiting and I'll add these tomorrow.

So as the other designs aren't added yet, the information is for the Christmas cards only. Each Christmas card is EUR 4,-. Shipping costs for one card is included.  If you want more cards, EUR 2.50,- will be added to the total amount for worldwide shipping (the weight of the package knocks it in a different shipping category -_-). Sneak peek!!

If you want to get a Christmas card(s), this is what you must do:

1. Visit the album and decide what you want.
2. Email me at tjlubrano@gmail.com with the name of the design, amount of cards, your paypal address and your mail address. People from the Netherlands can pay me with their regular bank account as well.
3. I'll send you a Paypal invoice or my bank account information.
4. After payment, the cards will be shipped the next day or even the same day if you're lucky!

That's it! People living abroad do have to decide fairly quickly as it takes more or less a week for a package to arrive. So if you order the cards before Tuesday you're on the safe side and you can mail the cards to whoever you want. BUT! If you want to send a TJ card to someone and you're not sure if it would be on time, you can provide the message & address to me and I'll ship it directly to the person...just an extra service for you guys ^_^.

Enjoy your weekend and Happy Buying!

Christmas Shopping Time!

Ciao Everyone!!

Hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving! Quick update here regarding my Zazzle shop: It has been refilled! Well, there are lots of other designs in it, but I updated it with a few new Christmassy designs that you can buy as cards and key chains. I will add more products to the shop in the next couple of days. I figured to just update now instead of waiting till all is in the shop...time keeps ticking away. Plus, Zazzle is such a pain in the butt to add products too, so breaks are needed and...if I'd wait any longer I'd fall in my old routine of waiting till I have loooots to show you!
So if you want to send out cards and get small stocking fillers, now is the time :D Just keep in mind to check back as I will add more products. Also, somewhere in the next couple of days, I will add a few card designs and original paintings in my Big Cartel/Etsy shop as well. I wanted to do this today, but something went wrong with my print order, so I haven't made the cards yet. These cards will have a special TJ touch, so they are slightly different than the ones in my Zazzle shop. More on this and prices later, otherwise too much information for you too handle hehe.

Don't worry! I will notify you when the originals and cards are up in my personal shop. But for now Zazzle awaits you! If you know people who would love to get something with the designs I have available now, do let them know as well please.

If you don't see an item with a specific design, just let me know and I'll create one. There will be another post soon regarding my personal shop, but for the new Zazzle products, I will add a note on Twitter & Facebook. If you want to stay in the loop, follow me there please!

And now you can stare a bit more...

Jingle Bells & Fireworks are almost here!

Ciao Everyone!

I have some news...I got interviewed! Mr. Andrew from Tickle City Award was so kind to feature me on his blog. His blog is filled with stories that reflect the different aspects of the modern culture and most importantly they are...tickle city! Tickle city is a phrase that can be defined as hip, fun, interesting & creative. Next to that, the articles are witty & really well written. So in my opinion it's definitely worth a read and I'm honored to be featured on there. Thanks so much Andrew! If you want to read the interview...simply click this Magical word...

You know, I actually had two more posts planned for this year. Then I got struck down with the stomach flu... It's going better now though, but it gave me some time to think about a lot of stuff. It's funny, that the weirdest things come to mind when your sick, but I guess it's because you don't have anything else to do anyway. I also got a few new illustrations ideas! Kid you not, but this you will see in 2011 hehe.

This little guy won the Zazzle Today's Best Award ^_^.

So, ladies & gents: This shall be my last post for 2010! Most of you know, that the last few months have been very busy for me. Going from hectic thesis time, straight into setting myself up as an illustrator. I've been illustrating a lot of stuff the past few weeks and now I need some time to refocus on what I want to do in 2011 and how exactly I want to do this.

So MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!!

Enlarge it for even better view! I've a feeling that this will end up as a header after Christmas...

Also, I just wanna say a HUGE thank you to all of you who have been sticking around, even when times were a bit quiet here. Thank you for reading, commenting & sharing your thoughts. It motivates me even more to create fun stuff for you guys to see and share my adventures with you all. I always love to hear from you all and hope you'll be sticking around a lot longer :D

To conclude this year, I've made a picture set on Flickr and threw a bunch of illustrations in it that I didn't show on my blog yet. They are all done the last couple of weeks/months. Mainly commissions for mugs and a few small paintings. I still kept a few things out of it, because they are a surprise for some of my readers out there haha. If you're interested just click this Magical Word again...

Have all the fun with the Holidays, be careful with fireworks and I'll be seeing you in 2011!

Xoxo!

P.S.: Don't worry! I won't vanish into thin air...I'm still around to reply on comments & I'm also on twitter every now and then hehe. Cya!

Ho Ho Ho *coughs*

Hi everyone,

Finally I can upload a few Christmas designs AND the new header is here AND there are a few new drawings here and there to add a bit more for a Christmas feel to the blog. What do you think? I was pondering between 2 designs, but in the end went with this one because the other one, which you can find below, was a bit too crowded for my taste. Do enlarge the pictures for a better look ^_^.

I won't add all the Christmas designs in this post, because it would be a bit too long and a few are still waiting to be painted. So a sneak preview in this post and to see them all just visit my Flickr account or hop over to the Zazzle store where you can get merchandise to fill e.g. stockings with Christmas posters, buttons & magnets. Yes. It's filled with Christmas items now!

Santa's Snowmen are singing a tune! I like the blue one hehe. The design below was the other choice as header. Even though it didn't make it as a header, I did send it as a card design to ms. Kate Harper. She is a greeting card designer and has open up her blog for every illustrator to be featured on her blog for an entire month with your own greeting card design. Her blog is filled with interesting and valuable information about the greeting card business as well. Definitely worth to check it out. Big thank you to her as well for the opportunity!

Last week it was very busy, next to finishing commissions I had two birthdays, from my grandma & dad. I did create a small card for them. For the ones who didn't saw it on twitter, have a look below. The Indian styled one was for grandma, she loves Bollywood and her mother is originally from India as well. A music style was for my dad, he's a musician in his free time so it speaks for itself haha.

Well I don't have a random story this time for you, well I have a bunch, but this post is already a bit on the long side haha. Next time! Would love to hear what you think of them and if you like the products in the Zazzle store! Feel free to give suggestions/tips. Also, random stories from you guys are always welcome as well ;). I will add a few more characters somewhere this week, I'll tweet about it, so stay tuned for this!

Ciao & Enjoy the rest of your week.
